Work with Tax Senior/Manager to:

• Prepare comprehensive tax workpapers and supporting documentation to be provided to external CPA firms for tax return filings.

• Oversee and contribute to the preparation of tax provisions for financial reporting purposes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to applicable accounting standards.

• Coordinate property tax compliance, including collaborating with site accountants to ensure timely and accurate filings.

• Manage the preparation and filing of Form 1099s, ensuring compliance with IRS regulations.
