In this dynamic role, you'll manage financial transactions, statements, and audits, while also driving company growth and strategy.
THE DETAILS:
-
Manage financial transactions, statements, and monthly/quarterly/annual closings
-
Prepare and file sales tax returns, and provide variance analysis (budget vs. prior year)

Cross-train and back up A/P and A/R functions, ensuring financial data confidentiality

Produce daily/weekly performance reports, and manage balance sheets & profit/loss statements
-
Conduct audits, insurance audits (e.g., Workman’s Compensation), and assist with bank/cash reconciliations
